Jim McClaughlinis the facilitator for this seminar and was recently featured in a People Magazine Article titled, Not the Girl He Seems (9-16-02).  His undercover investigation has lead to the arrest of 308 suspects in 45 states and 15 foreign countries.  He has a conviction rate of 100%.
